Chuong Do, DDS

Dr. Chuong Do was born in Vietnam in 1969. Near the end of Vietnam conflict, his family fled for the US and after a harrowing journey, ended up in Texas, sponsored by a church in Arlington.

The family moved to Grand Prairie, where he attended school--graduating from South Grand Prairie High School. He was captain of the tennis team and even earned scholarship offers, but chose the US Naval Academy for the prestige and honor of serving his country as a Naval Aviator.

After graduation from the Naval Academy, he began the Navy’s flight training, eventually earning his “Wings” and flying the SH-60F Seahawk helicopter. He made several deployments to the Persian Gulf and has over 1000 flight hours, all in military aircraft. During shore duty as an officer recruiter in Lubbock, Dr. Do was able to complete a Masters of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.

Although selected for promotion to Lieutenant Commander, Dr. Do decided to resign his commission, and return to the Metroplex. His interest in Dentistry began when he befriended a dentist, who sparked his interest by opening his office to him. Soon thereafter, Dr. Do made application and was accepted to Baylor College of Dentistry.

Dr. Do made Dean’s List each year while at Baylor, ultimately graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. He received several academic scholarships, and was selected by the faculty for the National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Do has experience in the latest advances in dentistry, including soft tissue lasers, implant and CAD/CAM restorations. He has taken advanced courses in Endodontics, Esthetics, Lumineers and CAD/CAM technologies. He never forgets that each patient deserves a measure of respect and dignity, while he strives to deliver world-class care and the most currently effective solutions in dentistry.

Dr. Do is married to his wife Tiffany, a pharmacist, and blessed with the beautiful twins, Braden and Caithlyn. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying fit, watching movies, and learning about the latest advances in dentistry.


Nathan Ho, DDS

Dr. Nathan Ho became interested in dentistry when he was a sophomore in high school, after his exposure to the dental field from volunteering in the dental clinic at the John Peter Smith Hospital and at numerous other dental clinics within his community in Arlington Texas where he grew up. He graduated a year early from James Bowie High School and attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received a Bachelor in Biology and a Minor in Biochemistry. With a strong desire to study dentistry, he applied and was accepted to Baylor College of Dentistry with a high academic and leadership scholarship. This was where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree.

Dr. Nathan Ho has a passion for dentistry. He always strives to treat each patient with personalized gentle care and to help his patients achieve optimal dental health, just like the way he would like to be treated. Dr. Nathan Ho's main focus is on comprehensive dental care. He has attended in many advance implant trainings, full mouth rehab/smile makeover, and has completed the one year Premeire Orthodontic Program. He continuously strives to stay abreast of the latest procedures and technologies in the dental field to provide his patients with the highest quality care available.

Currently, Dr. Nathan Ho is married to his wife Quyen, a CPA, and they both have two boys, Jaden and Lennon. He is a lifetime member of the American Orthodontic Society. In his spare time, he enjoys learning music, watching movies, working out, and learning about the latest advances in dentistry.













Jenn - Registered Dental Hygienist
Jenn is a native Floridian and graduate of Pensacola State College. She has served in the United States Air Force and has been lucky enough to live all over the world and experience some amazing things. She is highly dedicated and passionate about providing excellent care to her patients. She is skillful in partnering with and empowering her patients to achieve optimal oral health. She lives in the community in which she works, is married and has one son, two daughters, a grandson and three cats. In her free time, she enjoys distance running, reading, and, above all, making others laugh.

Linda - Registered Dental Hygienist
Linda grew up in Ohio but considers Texas her home. She started her career in dentistry in 1983 by attending dental assisting school after high school. Over the span of 15 years she gained experience in every field of dentistry focusing on periodontics (root and gum issues). Linda returned to dentistry by attending Tarrant County Community College where she received her diploma in Dental Hygiene and was inducted into the dental hygiene national honor society, Sigma Phi Alpha. Linda lives in Keller with her three children. She is happy to be at Affinity Smiles Dental and working with the talented dentists, hygienists and other team members.

Trish - Treatment Coordinator
Trish is the Treatment Plan Coordinator and as well as a registered dental assistant here at Affinity Smiles Dental. She has a true passion for dentistry and loves what she does. Trish is a mother to a beautiful special needs little girl, who is her pride and joy and keeps her very busy with band, choir, color guard and girl scouts. Trish also has two dogs, a Chiweeni "Cocoa" and a Chorkie "Pepper." She looks forward to assisting you and your family with your dental needs.

Brandy - Insurance Coordinator
Brandy began her dental career over 5 years ago as a financial specialist. She joined Affinity Smiles Dental team as an insurance coordinator. Her can-do attitude makes her a great addition to our team. She is a mother of two boys, and on her off time you can find her at one of their sporting events. If were you ask her what she loves about dentistry, she would say “seeing patients experiencing an instant boost of confidence and self-esteem with new beautiful smile.”

Patricia – Patient Care Coordinator
Patty began her dental career over 10 years ago and she loves it. She was originally from Sugar Land, but currently resides in Denton, Texas with her son. Patty joined Affinity Smiles Dental as a patient care coordinator to help coordinate appointments for our patients. Patty will be the first smiling face to greet you when you walk in the door. She looks forward to meeting each and every patient at Affinity Smiles Dental!

Melissa - Registered Dental Assistant
Melissa has been a dental assistant for over ten years. She was born in Harlingen, Texas and lived there for 19 years. Melissa currently resides in Saginaw, TX with her husband and two beautiful daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and going to the park with her family.

Sarah- Registered Dental Assistant
Sarah graduated from the College of Healthcare Professions in Fort Worth, Texas in 2014. She became interested in dentistry while on a tour of the campus for another program, and has not regretted it since. Sarah enjoys interacting with patients and assisting them in their dental care. Her main focus is to make sure our patients are as comfortable as possible during their visits at Affinity Smiles. The only thing Sarah enjoys more than dentistry is spending time with her Husband and 5 children. Sarah loves spending time outdoors fishing, camping, and riding dirt bikes with her family.

Amanda- Registered Dental Assistant
Amanda was born and raised in Texas. She loves swimming, going to beach and traveling the world. Amanda also loves cooking, reading and painting. When she became a registered dental assistant, she knew she had found her calling. Amanda loves everything about her profession. She is passionate about her work and love helping her patients with the dental care that they need and deserve. She is especially happy to be working at Affinity Smiles Dental with amazing Doctors and a wonderful team of professionals.
