Chuong Do, DDS

Dr. Chuong Do was born in Vietnam in 1969. Near the end of Vietnam conflict, his family fled for the US and after a harrowing journey, ended up in Texas, sponsored by a church in Arlington.

The family moved to Grand Prairie, where he attended school--graduating from South Grand Prairie High School. He was captain of the tennis team and even earned scholarship offers, but chose the US Naval Academy for the prestige and honor of serving his country as a Naval Aviator.

After graduation from the Naval Academy, he began the Navy’s flight training, eventually earning his “Wings” and flying the SH-60F Seahawk helicopter. He made several deployments to the Persian Gulf and has over 1000 flight hours, all in military aircraft. During shore duty as an officer recruiter in Lubbock, Dr. Do was able to complete a Masters of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.

Although selected for promotion to Lieutenant Commander, Dr. Do decided to resign his commission, and return to the Metroplex. His interest in Dentistry began when he befriended a dentist, who sparked his interest by opening his office to him. Soon thereafter, Dr. Do made application and was accepted to Baylor College of Dentistry.

Dr. Do made Dean’s List each year while at Baylor, ultimately graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. He received several academic scholarships, and was selected by the faculty for the National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Do has experience in the latest advances in dentistry, including soft tissue lasers, implant and CAD/CAM restorations. He has taken advanced courses in Endodontics, Esthetics, Lumineers and CAD/CAM technologies. He never forgets that each patient deserves a measure of respect and dignity, while he strives to deliver world-class care and the most currently effective solutions in dentistry.

Dr. Do is married to his wife Tiffany, a pharmacist, and blessed with the beautiful twins, Braden and Caithlyn. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying fit, watching movies, and learning about the latest advances in dentistry.

Nathan Ho, DDS

Dr. Nathan Ho became interested in dentistry when he was a sophomore in high school, after his exposure to the dental field from volunteering in the dental clinic at the John Peter Smith Hospital and at numerous other dental clinics within his community in Arlington Texas where he grew up. He graduated a year early from James Bowie High School and attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received a Bachelor in Biology and a Minor in Biochemistry. With a strong desire to study dentistry, he applied and was accepted to Baylor College of Dentistry with a high academic and leadership scholarship. This was where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree.

Dr. Nathan Ho has a passion for dentistry. He always strives to treat each patient with personalized gentle care and to help his patients achieve optimal dental health, just like the way he would like to be treated. Dr. Nathan Ho's main focus is on comprehensive dental care. He has attended in many advance implant trainings, full mouth rehab/smile makeover, and has completed the one year Premeire Orthodontic Program. He continuously strives to stay abreast of the latest procedures and technologies in the dental field to provide his patients with the highest quality care available.

Currently, Dr. Nathan Ho is married to his wife Quyen, a CPA, and they both have two boys, Jaden and Lennon. He is a lifetime member of the American Orthodontic Society. In his spare time, he enjoys learning music, watching movies, working out, and learning about the latest advances in dentistry.

Amanda - Office Manager

Amanda is our Office Manager and has over 23 years of dental office management and assisting experience. Amanda is responsible for the entire team at Affinity Smile Dental. Amanda is the best leader to keep our team motivated and on track. She'll help you understand all aspects of your appointments from your procedures, to payment options and insurance benefits. Anything you need to know, just ask. Amanda has proven to be an irreplaceable asset to Affinity Smiles Dental. One of her main goals is to ensure every patient receives excellent patient care and customer service. Her great communication skills help provide patients with clear understanding of their treatment needs. Amanda and her husband Josh, live in Bowie, TX with their two wonderful kids. They enjoy riding their two horses, going to the kids sporting events and enjoy many outdoor activities.

Sandy - Hygiene Coordinator

Sandy was born and raised in Texas. She has worked in dental field for over 20 years; she started as a dental assistant the cross-trained to learn all aspects of administrative side to dental practice. She is often the first friendly voice that greets you on the phone and the friendly face and the wonderful smile that greets you when you arrive at Affinity Smiles Dental. Sandy's friendly personality will embrace you from the moment you met her. A lover of animals, she and her husband loves dogs, cats, horses, cows and goats. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, horseback riding, and going to her grandkids rodeos and sporting events.

Linda - Registered Dental Hygienist

Sandy was born and raised in Texas. Monica - Hygienist

One of the best things to ever come out of Dallas, Texas is our hygienist, Monica. Monica is a 2020 graduate of Texas Women's University's Dental Hygiene program, with Cum Laude Honors. Monica is a great combination of a quiet spirit and high energy level. She compliments the hygiene department nicely. Her sensitivity to detail and patient relations serves her well here. Monica's clinical skills are beyond exceptional, and Affinity Smiles Dental is beyond blessed to have her on our team. Monica feels blessed to be a part of a hardworking team that is able to ease patient anxiety, increase patient confidence, and build lasting relationship with patients.

Melissa - Registered Dental Assistant

Melissa has been a dental assistant for over ten years. She was born in Harlingen, Texas and lived there for 19 years. Melissa currently resides in Saginaw, TX with her husband and two beautiful daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and going to the park with her family.

Trish - Registered Dental Assistant

Trish has lived in Keller for over 15 years and she is proud to call it home. Trish has been a dental assistant for 12 years and she truly loves every part of it. It is very important to her that she is able to give the best dental care to every patient and they have a pleasant experience. When Trish is not at work, she is with her beautiful teenage daughter who is on the spectrum. She also enjoys taking her 2 fur babies Pepper and Cocoa on walks.
